Nice drawing; it's very good looking.
I'd only say that it needs a little less perspective correction than it currently has.
The very small head is shaped like if it was further away from our eyes than it actually is, same goes for the shoulders; i know the girl is supposed to be curvy, but i still think the head is too small.
Other than that it's a fantastic effort.

I love the sense of perspective and light, which makes a fairly simple scene very realistic.
The expression on the girl's face is also very well made, and the character's style is on point.

The facial expression is very intense and the acid contrast between the colours makes the character "pop", without being too distracting.

This is a simple, yet very nice piece.
The outline of the cat is very easy on the eyes, and the colour balance is very well managed, specially in the delightfully peaceful background, which seems to smoothly dissolve towards the skyline.
